Toyota Supplier Under Way With Construction of $24 Million Expansion in Indiana

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Vuteq USA Incorporated (Georgetown, Kentucky), a U.S.-based subsidiary of Japan's Vuteq Corporation, has begun construction of a $24 million expansion of the company's existing automotive interior parts manufacturing plant in Princeton, Indiana.

Plans are to construct a 130,000-square-foot building addition adjacent to the company's existing plant and to install supporting equipment to manufacture interior plastic parts for Toyota's Highlander SUV. Takenaka USA Corporation (Greenwood, Indiana) was selected to provide general construction services for the expansion.
