Typhoon Francisco to Impact Japan, South Korea

Typhoon Francisco is expected to hit southern Japan and South Korea in the coming days as the countries prepare for torrential rainfall, flooding and strong winds. Francisco could affect as many as 318 operational plants in Japan and about 370 operational plants in South Korea, the majority of which are power plants, chemical factories and steel complexes.
