South Africa's Sasol to Invest $66 Million in Plant Maintenance, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Petrochemical giant Sasol plans to invest about $66 million for maintenance of its chemical plants. Industrial Info is tracking 45 active maintenance projects by Sasol's chemical-producing subsidiaries in South Africa. Sasol Polymer plans to perform 19 maintenance projects worth $31.5 million, followed by Sasol Infrachem with 18 projects worth about $24 million. One of its subsidiaries, Sasol Nitro, manufactures agro-chemicals and has investments worth $13.50 million for its 12 active maintenance projects.
