Pemex Transformacion Industrial restarted the processing units at its 243,000-BBL/d Salamanca, Mexico, refinery in early November, after they were forced to shut down on October 23 due to mechanical issues and financial constraints.
United Refining Company restarted the 25,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater unit yesterday, November 6, at its 70,000-BBL/d Warren, Pennsylvania, refinery, after it was shut down due to a process upset on November 4.
Monroe Energy LLC restarted the 24,000-BBL/d Isocracker unit on November 4 at its 185,000-BBL/d Trainer, Pennsylvania, refinery, after it was shut down due to electrical issues on November 1.

LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka LLC has completed a planned maintenance turnaround at its 334,000-BBL/d Volgograd Refinery in Russia. The turnaround started in mid-October and involved seven units. All units were gradually restarted by early November.
Syzran Refinery JSC has completed a planned maintenance turnaround at its 176,900-BBL/d Syzran Refinery in Russia. The turnaround for 15 units started in early September, and they were gradually restarted by November 7.
Orsknefteorgsintez OJSC continues with a planned maintenance turnaround at its 125,100-BBL/d Orsk Refinery in Russia. The 27,600-BBL/d ABT-3 (Crude 3); 16,560-BBL/d ABT-3 (Vacuum 3); and 8,322-BBL/d Kerosene Hydrotreater L-24-T6/2000 units were shut down on October 18, and the turnaround is now expected to be completed around November 11.
