ExxonMobil restarted three units on November 26 at its 350,000-BBL/d Beaumont, Texas, refinery, after completing planned maintenance that began at the end of September.
Valero remains on schedule for a 35-to 40-day, plant-wide turnaround, involving five units at its 95,000-BBL/d Three Rivers Refinery in (Three Rivers) Texas, starting January 16, 2020. The turnaround was previously scheduled for January 3.
Houston Refining LP restarted the 57,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker 737 unit on November 26 at its 265,000-BBL/d Houston, Texas, refinery, after it was shut on November 25 due to a leak.

Saudi Aramco has rescheduled the 45-day (previously reported 41-day), plant-wide planned maintenance shutdown at its 120,000-BBL/d Riyadh Refinery in Saudi Arabia. Previously, the turnaround, involving six major units, was planned to begin on December 1, but is now scheduled to start on February 3, 2020. Expectations are to complete the repairs and restart the units by March 18.
Alexandria Petroleum Company (APC) restarted six units on November 22 at its 100,000-BBL/d Alexandria (El-Mex) Refinery in Egypt. The units had been under planned maintenance shutdown since October 14.
Petrobras has announced that, on November 25, workers at its refineries in Brazil began a strike, protesting a non-compliance of a previous agreement, and the sale of seven refineries. Initially, production will not be affected. The strike is expected to last until November 29.
