Russia's HDPE Production Down in 2019, an Industrial Info Market Brief

According to ICIS, in 2019, Russian chemical manufacturers produced 868,000 tons of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a 10% reduction from 2018. Experts noted that the decline in production is associated with lengthy maintenance works at the plants in 2019.
