Chevron restarted the 60,000-BBL/d Continuous Catalytic Reformer (CCR), on February 9, at its 260,000-BBL/d El Segundo, California, refinery. The CCR was shut down on February 3.
Phillips 66 restarted the 50,000-BBL/d Crude 200 and 30,000-BBL/d Vacuum Distillation units, on February 7, that were shut down on January 20 at its 82,000-BBL/d Rodeo, California, refinery.
Pemex TRI has delayed the start of the 2020 maintenance turnaround program at its 315,000-BBL/d Miguel Hidalgo (Tula De Allende), Mexico, refinery. The 60-day, planned repair work, which includes five (among other) units, was previously scheduled to begin in March, but will now begin by May/June due a delay for current repairs, pending bids and delivery of materials.

S-Oil Corporation has rescheduled a 25-day planned maintenance turnaround on the 52,000-BBL/d HYVAHL (Residual Hydrotreater) Unit 1 at its 669,000-BBL/d Onsan Refinery in South Korea. The turnaround, initially scheduled for March 5, will now begin March 6. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the unit by March 30.
PDVSA restarted the 120,000-BBL/d Crude 2 and Crude 4 units, on February 7, at its 625,000-BBL/d Amuay, Venezuela, refinery. The whole refinery was forced to shut down on January 26 due to recurrent mechanical and utilities issues.
Persian Gulf Star Oil Company (PGSOC) has rescheduled a 30-day planned maintenance shutdown of the Condensate Block 1, which includes five major units, at its 360,000-BBL/d Bandar Abbas Refinery in Iran. The turnaround, previously scheduled for February 1, is now expected to begin by April 1. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the unit by April 30.
