Klesch Group to Take Over Netherlands Antilles Refinery Operations in April, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Klesch Group will become the operator of Curacao's 330,000-barrel-per-day Isla refinery in the Netherlands Antilles in April, replacing Venezuela's PDVSA. The refinery is currently offline due to unplanned events, lack of crude oil supply and finance issues. Klesch Group plans to have the refinery fully running by June or July 2020.
