BP Delays Completion of Tortue FLNG Due to COVID-19, an Industrial Info Market Brief

BP has invoked force majeure on shipbuilder Golar LNG to delay completion of its Tortue Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) project, offshore Mauritania, by one year to 2023. Construction delayed due to COVID-19 concerns includes breakwater works.
