Authorization for expenditure (AFE) for 324 capital projects, worth $22.75 billion, in Latin America's Industrial Manufacturing Industry have been delayed due to ongoing movement and manufacturing restrictions as a result of COVID-19. That includes 139 expansion projects worth $9 billion, 49 grassroot projects worth $12 billion and 54 equipment addition projects worth $1 billion.
