Industrial Info is tracking 27 active fertilizer (nitrogenous, phosphatic and mixed fertilizers) plant revamp, upgrade and refurbishment projects, with a potential investment of nearly $596 million, that are planned for completion in 2021 through 2023.
Algeria leads with potential investments of about $303 million; followed by Zambia, with $152 million; Egypt, with $120 million; Zimbabwe, with $11.5 million; and Tunisia, with $9.5 million.
