Industrial Info is tracking more than 800 capital chemical projects worth about 94 billion across China's Yangtze River Delta (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai), which is 10% more than the spending from eight months earlier. Shenghong Group, Zhejiang Satellite Holding Group, Rongsheng Petrochemical and China Petroleum & Chemical are the top four companies in terms of project spending.
