SUGAR LAND, TEXAS--October 8, 2021--Written by John Egan for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The Biden administration this week moved to reverse changes made by the Trump administration to a bedrock federal environmental law, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) (Washington, D.C.) said the proposed changes would "restore community safeguards during environmental reviews for a wide range of Federal projects and decisions."
