Thanks in large part to several distribution and warehousing projects, the Industrial Manufacturing Industry leads in terms of overall project value, with nearly $3 billion worth of projects under construction.

The Distribution and Warehousing segment accounts for more than $1.6 billion in projects underway in Florida, and it should come as no surprise that leading the pack in this buildout is e-commerce giant Amazon.com Incorporated (NASDAQ:AMZN) (Seattle, Washington), which boasts no less than a dozen projects underway in the state.
