September 20, 2022--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Much of Puerto Rico remains without power and more than 1 million people have no running water in the Dominican Republic in the wake of Hurricane Fiona, according to news accounts. Now a Category 3 hurricane, Fiona was battering the Turks and Caicos Islands Tuesday morning with sustained winds of 115 miles per hour, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center.
