India is planning to revive and restart its closed sugar mills to produce <a href="https://www.industrialinfo.com/database/oil_and_gas/#alternative-fuels" target="_blank">ethanol</a>. The facilities would produce the fuel from sugar, sugarcane juice and molasses.
