In Newark, New Jersey, construction was completed in September on the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's Terminal A (Terminal One) Newark Liberty Airport Redevelopment Project, with an estimated price tag of $2.7 billion. The project, which kicked off in mid-2018, involved the upgrade and renaming of Terminal A at the Newark Liberty International Airport, with the construction of a 1 million-square-foot building, installation of 33 terminal gates and the construction of a 3,000-space garage. The largest of the completions was the Hebron Air Services Hub in Kentucky, which was completed in May. Located on a 920-acre site, the 3 million-square-foot building includes a 350,000-square-foot loading dock.
