Middle East refiners plans to increase gas oil production by adding more than 1 million barrels per day of diesel hydrotreater units by the end of 2025. Kuwait leads the region, by adding 332,000 barrels per day (BBL/d) by the end of 2020. Egypt has planned to add 228,000 BBL/d.
