Advancis Pharmaceutical Unveils New $15 Million Maryland Headquarters and Research Campus

Gaudreau Incorporated (Baltimore, Maryland) handled the design of the 62,000 square foot facility, which consists of research laboratories, cGMP pilot-production units, and corporate offices. Barclay White Skanska Incorporated (Blue Bell, Pennsylvania) served as construction manager. Advancis spent more than $15 million on property and equipment for the project.
