China's Renewable Energy Capacity Reaches 948 Gigawatts

Of this, the installed capacity of hydropower reached 371 GW (including 31.79 GW of pumped storage); wind power reached 287 GW; photovoltaic power reached 259 GW; and biomass reached 31.485 GW, according to China's National Energy Administration.

The average utilization rate of photovoltaic power reached 97.5%, an increase of 0.75 percentage points compared with the previous year. The utilization rate of hydropower reached 98.5%, an increase of 0.75 percentage points.
