Industrial Info is tracking 11 grassroot projects, worth $1.55 billion, in the DACH region's (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) Chemical Processing Industry.
German Company UPM Biochemicals GmbH is planning the biggest investment via a grassroot facility for the production of bio-monoethylene and bio-monopropylene glycol, which is expected to be operational by the end of 2022. Other companies building or planning new plants in the DACH region are PCC Integrated Chemistries GmbH, Mopet GmbH, TOPAS Advanced Polymers GmbH, VanBaerle AG and Pyrum Innovations ESC GmbH.
