Plans are to construct a 465,000-square-foot building to support the company's regional retail operations. The new center will be located in the Central Crossing Commerce Park. Approximately 150 jobs will be created initially, rising to 300 by the end of 2012. Bids are currently out for general construction contractors, which will be selected in late February. Construction is anticipated to begin in the late spring or early summer, with overall completion slated for the fall of 2011.
