Kazanorgsintez PJSC restarted the 1 billion-pound-per-year HDPE unit on October 7 at its Kazan Chemical Complex in Russia. The unit was shut down for a planned turnaround on September 17.

Ufaorgsintez PAO restarted the 270 million-pound-per-year polypropylene unit on October 6 at its Ufa Chemical Complex in Russia. The unit was shut down for a planned turnaround on September 12.
