North America
ExxonMobil restarted the 120,000-BBL/d FCCU today, October 26, at its 350,000-BBL/d Beaumont, Texas, refinery after it was shut down on October 23 due to an upset. Separately, the 40,000-BBL/d CHD-2 ULSD Diesel Hydrotreater was restarted on October 25 after it was shut down on October 6.

Marathon's 210,000-BBL/d Robinson, Illinois, refinery experienced a power outage on October 23. The restart of five units occurred early on October 24. The event lasted less than 24 hours.

Total shut and restarted the 30,000-BBL/d DHT 3 Diesel (ULSD) Unit 855 due to heavy rains on October 23 at its 190,000-BBL/d Port Arthur, Texas, refinery.

International
Abadan Oil Refining Company (AORC) restarted the 80,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit 1 and 90,000-BBL/d Visbreaker unit on October 19 at its 450,000-BBL/d Abadan Refinery in Iran. The units had been under a planned maintenance shutdown since September 24.

Nayara Energy Limited restarted six units on October 23 at its 405,000-BBL/d Vadinar Refinery in India. The units had been under a minor maintenance turnaround since October 1.

Singapore Refining Company Limited (SRC), on October 18, restarted the CDU 1 complex, which had been under a planned maintenance shutdown since August 15, at its 290,000-BBL/d Jurong Island Refinery in Singapore. Additionally, restart of the CDU 3 complex has been delayed, and the units are now expected to be back online on October 28.
