Indian Refiners Plan to Build Two Major Ethanol Production Facilities by 2023, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Indian Oil Corporation Limited is planning to construct a 33,500-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) ethanol-production facility at its Panipat Refinery, which it expects to be operational by September 2021. Similarly, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals is planning to construct a 60,000-BBL/d ethanol-production unit at its Mangalore Refinery, which it expects to be operational by 2023.
