Kazakhstan's Power Sector Has More Than $13.5 Billion in Project Activity, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Industrial Info is tracking more than 180 active capital and maintenance Power projects in Kazakhstan, totaling more than $13.5 billion. Coal remains a major fuel in the country and as such, there is more than $5 billion worth of coal-fired power project activity in Kazakhstan. The country also is host to more than 90 renewable fuel power projects, including hydro, wind and solar projects.
