PetroRio to Tie Back Tubarao Martelo Fields in Brazil, an Industrial Info Market Brief

In Brazil, as part of PetroRio SA's contigency plan, the Polvo FPSO is being decommissioned in order to reduce production costs of the Polvo - Tubarao Martelo fields and is expecting approval in the fourth quarter of 2020. To succeed, PetroRio SA plans to install a crude oil pipeline that will connect the fields and send production from the Polvo-A platform to the OSX-3 FPSO.
