Refining NZ Limited is in the process of restarting its 135,000-BBL/d Marsden Point Refinery in New Zealand, which was forced to shut down due to a three-hour major circuit outage that started November 27. In addition, to combat electricity consumption costs currently supplied by the New Zealand grid, Refining NZ Limited plans to construct and install a 26-megawatt solar photovoltaic power plant to augment its current facility.
