Shell is moving ahead with its ambitious Crux field development project in Australia's Timor Sea, with four major players competing for a contract to build its 16,000-tonne platform jacket. The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) players that have been invited to bid are U.S.-based McDermott, Singapore's Semb-corp Marine, Malaysia's Sapura Energy and London-based TechnipFMC.
