Irving Oil continues with a planned maintenance turnaround of the 74,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracker (RFCCU) 425 until November 5 at its 300,000-BBL/d refinery in Saint John, New Brunswick.

International
Esso Raffinage SAF is restarting its 240,000-BBL/d Port-Jerome Gravenchon and 140,000-BBL/d Fos-sur-Mer refineries in France now that strike action has ended following an agreement between unions and management. Both refineries are expected to resume full operation in the next few days.

Total Refining & Chemicals continues with a plant-wide shutdown of its 205,000-BBL/d Gonfreville and 117,000-BBL/d Feyzin refineries in France as a result of strike action. Negotiations are ongoing, and a full restart is currently expected by October 24.
