Phillips 66 completed a planned turnaround of the 34,000-BBL/d Naphtha HDS 19.1 and 20,000-BBL/d Distillate HT 19.3 units, on April 1, at its 145,000-BBL/d Borger, Texas, refinery. Phillips 66 also restarted the 30,000-BBL/d FCCU 29, which shut December 11, 2020. Separately, the 20,000-BBL/d Reformer 19.2 will restart April 7, and the 30,000-BBL/d FCCU 40 will start two-week planned maintenance on May 1.
