NEW DELHI--April 20, 2023--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--In order to fulfil its commitment of having 40 gigawatts (GW) of offshore wind power by 2050, France will launch multiple offshore tenders in the coming years. In the first phase, 20 GW of offshore wind capacity will be allocated by 2030. To date, France has put 9 GW of offshore wind up for auction.
