The largest project in Tennessee's Industrial Manufacturing Industry is the $600 million brownfield data center in Clarksville, owned by Google (Mountain View, California). It will be built on 1,300 acres. Construction is expected to be completed by December of next year.
The Chemical Processing Industry has 10 projects with a total investment value (TIV) of $225 million. The biggest is the $200 million modernization of the Kingsport Holston U.S. Army Munitions plant.
