The 240 MW natural gas fired plant, located on Sterling Way in Milton, Florida, will include a GE (General Electric) PG7241 FA gas turbine, and a GE single case, axial exhaust, condensing, controlled extraction, uncontrolled induction/extraction steam turbine.
Bibb & Associates (Lenexa, Kansas), in a joint venture with Gilbert Industrial Corporation, a subsidiary of Peter Kiewit Sons' Incorporated provided detailed engineering design, procurement, startup, and testing assistance.
