FedEx is building the 350,000 square foot building on 93 acres in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Pickering Incorporated (Memphis, Tennessee) is performing the architectural and engineering for the project. Flintco General Contractors Incorporated (Memphis, Tennessee) is the general contractor on the job, which is scheduled for completion in early 2006.
