Mineraloelraffinerie Oberrhein GmbH & Co KG is restarting the 91,100-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) at its 309,000-BBL/d Miro Refinery in Karlsruhe, Germany. The unit was shut down in late December due to technical issues.
Raffinerie Heide GmbH, on February 6, was forced to shut down its 90,000-BBL/d Heide Refinery in Germany, as a result of a defective voltage regulator. However, the issue has been resolved and the restart process is underway. Full operations are expected to resume February 9.
