Construction started in the fall of 2008 for site work to build an inland intermodal terminal to be constructed on a 400-acre site. The overall terminal construction is expected to begin in the late summer of 2010, with completion slated for the fall of 2012.

Township Builders Incorporated (Little Rock, Arkansas) was selected to provide general construction services for the roads, sewer and water portion of the new terminal. Other general contractors will be selected for different phases of construction.
