Industrialinfo.com (Industrial Information Resources, Incorporated; Houston, Texas) will be presenting at the 34th Annual ECC (Engineering & Construction Contracting) conference to be held in San Francisco, California October 3-4, 2002. Presented by the Engineering and Construction Contracting Division of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the annual ECC Conference focuses on engineering and construction issues and trends in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum refining, and power industries. Caspar W. Weinberger, Chairman of Forbes Magazine and former U.S. Secretary of Defense and Daniel Valot, Chairman and CEO, of TECHNIP will be the keynote speakers at this years conference.

Ed Lewis, President & CEO of Industrialinfo.com will give a presentation and head a panel discussion of recent economic trends and its affect on capital spending in the industry. Mr. Lewis' presentation will highlight a recently completed study by Industrialinfo.com, which indicates planned capital spending to reach $41 billion for 2002 and 2003. The study focuses on grassroot construction, expansions, additions, and upgrades at U.S. chemical, refining, and phamaceutical/biotech plants.
