The last loop will entail the replacement of 8.08-miles of abandoned 24" pipeline with new 36" pipeline in Fulton & Franklin Counties between the Bedford and Chambersburg Compressor Stations.

When completed the entire 223 mmscfd of new capacity will be leased to Dominion Transmission Corporation (Clarksburg, Virginia) to support its Mid-Atlantic Project, which when constructed will provide firm storage and transportation services of natural gas to serve incremental markets in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
