Acting as its own general contractor, the company is currently pouring the foundation for a new 325,000 square foot building and 2-story office that will include 60% dry storage area and 40% cooler and freezer space, as well as multiple shipping and receiving docks. Construction on this estimated $22 million project is scheduled to be completed by late 2005.
