China Launches Energy-Conservation Experiment in Guizhou Province

About 592 metric tons of standard coal was saved after the first day. It is expected that 300,000 metric tons of standard coal can be saved through the plans and that sulfur dioxide emissions can be reduced by 15,000 metric tons.
