Construction on $20 Million Water Bottling Plant in New Hampshire Inching Along

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Construction is crawling along at the site of the USA Springs Incorporated (Pelham, New Hampshire) water bottling plant in Nottingham, New Hampshire. After more than five years in the development phase and several months since breaking ground, the frame work of the facility is finally taking shape with structural steel erection underway. Scheduled for completion in the summer of 2008, the 176,000-square-foot facility will contain three bottling lines with room for a fourth line in the future.

USA Springs plan to fill 600 half-liter bottles per minute.

USA Springs awarded Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects and Aho Construction, both of New Ipswich, New Hampshire, contracts to provide architectural and general contracting services for the building, respectively. The company has yet to award packages for the process mechanical and equipment installation phase of the project. Aho hopes to enclose the building by the end of the year and anticipates that USA Springs will proceed with equipment installation shortly, thereafter.
