BP Considers Pipeline Spinoff - Global energy giant BP plc (NYSE:BP) said Tuesday it's considering taking its pipeline business public through an initial public offering. BP said the publicly traded spinoff, tentatively called BP Midstream Partners, would house its Gulf Coast and Midwest pipeline assets that transport its crude oil, natural gas and refined products. BP, Total Boost Investment in Argentina's Vaca Muerta Shale - Argentina's state-run oil firm YPF SA, France's Total SA (NYSE:TOT), Wintershall Energía SA and BP unit Pan American Energy LLC announced a $1.15 billion joint investment on Tuesday to increase shale gas production in the Vaca Muerta Shale in Argentina. Kinder Morgan Raises Dividend for First Time Since 2015 - Pipeline giant Kinder Morgan Incorporated (NYSE:KMI) said Wednesday that it will significantly boost its dividend as the energy industry continues to climb back from the oil bust, but the payout will still be less than half that of nearly two years ago. Plains All American Announces Successful Open Season for Delaware Basin-to-Cushing System - A subsidiary of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE:PAA) on Wednesday announced a successful conclusion to the open season for additional capacity from the Delaware Basin to Cushing, Oklahoma. The expansion will accommodate a volume of approximately 120,000 barrels per day. (Business Wire)

NextDecade Signs MoU for Irish LNG Import Terminal - NextDecade LLC, a liquefied natural gas (LNG) development company focused on LNG export projects in Texas, announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Port of Cork Company to advance a joint business development opportunity in Ireland for a new floating storage and regasification unit and associated LNG import terminal infrastructure.
