Delfin LNG announced that the front-end engineering design (FEED) has been completed for its floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) project in the Gulf of Mexico off Cameron, Louisiana. Black & Veatch and Samsung Heavy Industries assisted in the FEED process. Black and Veitch will provide its PRICO process technology and Samsung will build the ships. The plans include four tankers moored 30-50 miles offshore, each with the capacity to process 3.5 million metric tons per year of LNG.
