Pakistan-based Engro Polymer, subsidiary of Engro Corporation, in a joint venture with JS Energy is looking to build a large propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plant at Port Qasim in Pakistan. This is a $40 million PDH project, the very first of its kind, that aims to capitalize on the huge demand for polypropylene that exists in Pakistan.
