Phase-one has an estimated total investment value (TIV) of $8 million and began in October 2004 at its Wilmington, North Carolina, plant. The first phase consists of expanding PPS capacity by approximately 10%. Approvals for both phase one and two have been granted. Phase-one is scheduled to be completed in late 2005, and phase-two will begin construction immediately thereafter. The TIV for phase-two will be double that of phase-one. Phase-two will increase capacity of PPS by an estimated 20% and is scheduled to be online by 2006.
