Targa Resources Finds Buyer for Permian Assets - Targa Resources (NYSE:TRGP) has found a buyer for its crude oil gathering assets in the Permian Basin of West Texas. Pipeline operator Oryx Midstream bought Targa's Permian Basin crude oil gathering pipelines and storage terminals in a $135 million deal, attorneys for both companies confirmed. (Houston Chronicle)
Reuters: Occidental Seeks to Sell Anadarko Assets in Colorado, Wyoming - Occidental Petroleum (NYSE:OXY) is soliciting bids for oil and gas properties in Wyoming and Colorado that it acquired when it purchased Anadarko Petroleum, hoping the assets will fetch up to $700 million, people familiar with the matter tell Reuters. (Reuters)

BP Midstream Considers Expanding Mars Pipeline in Gulf of Mexico - BP Midstream Partners LP is considering expanding its Mars crude oil pipeline to accommodate new volumes from offshore oil fields, Chief Financial Officer Craig Coburn said on Tuesday. The Mars pipeline, which has a mainline capacity of about 400,000 barrels per day, would potentially be expanded to ship increased crude volumes from Gulf of Mexico fields. BP Midstream owns a 28.5% interest in the pipeline, while Shell Midstream Partners holds a majority stake. (Pipelines 3528582, 3526993, 3508045) (Reuters)
