Hillwood Properties (Forth Worth, Texas) is the primary developer for the property and has chosen Lincoln Builders (Forth Worth, Texas) to perform construction management services. Bridgestone/Firestone will ultimately, under long-term contract, lease out the Distribution center from Hillwood Properties.
