Marietta Corporation (Cortland, New York) has completed its partial renovation of an existing building located on Central Avenue in Cortland, New York. Marietta purchased an existing 454,000 square foot (sqft) building and has moved into an approximately 15,000 sqft area of that building.
The first phase of development, which consisted of a compounding line with supporting process equipment, was recently completed. The next phase of development is anticipated to begin during the first quarter of 2003 and will include the installation of new packaging equipment for consumer goods and toiletries.
