Vestas Clinches German Turbine Deal

GALWAY, IRELAND--March 25, 2014 --Written by Martin Lynch, European News Editor for Industrial Info (Galway, Ireland) Danish wind turbine manufacturer, Vestas Wind Systems (OTC:VWDRY) (Randers, Denmark) has secured a 75-turbine framework agreement with German renewable energy company, juwi Group (Bolanden, Germany).

The deal covers the immediate supply of seven of its V112-3.0 MW turbines, rated at 3-megawatts (MW) each, and follows on from the successful completion of a previous agreement for 47 wind turbines signed in 2012.
